Editorial Policy

Articles on this site are drafted with AI assistance and reviewed by a human before publication. Here’s exactly how that works.

The process

  1. Every morning, an automated system reads public fashion, food and lifestyle news and picks a topic.
  2. It produces a draft using Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic.
  3. The draft goes into a review queue. Nothing publishes automatically.
  4. I read it, check the facts, cut what’s weak, and publish or bin it.

Images

Header images marked “AI-generated image” are created with Google Gemini. They can look like photographs, but they are generated. Any people shown are fictional and made for the image; they are not real models, and the images don’t show real products. Images credited to Pixabay are real stock photos.

What the AI is instructed not to do

  • Write diet plans, calorie targets, weight-loss advice, or anything that ranks or judges bodies.
  • Make health or medical claims about any food, supplement or product.
  • Invent facts, prices, quotes or statistics.
  • Copy or closely rewrite anyone else’s article.

Where this goes wrong

AI writing gets facts wrong with total confidence. The human review step exists for that reason, and it isn’t perfect either.

If you find an error, tell us through the contact page. Corrections get made the same day, with a dated note at the bottom of the article.

What we don’t do

  • No sponsored posts dressed up as editorial.
  • No paid links.
  • No fake reviews of products we haven’t tried.
